There's a PC upgrade on my horizon...
I'll try not to gush, 'cause there's absolutely no detail about the game itself, but Firefly has been licensed to become an MMORPG.
I'm still trying not to gush but, really, this has freakin' awesome written all over it.

Damn these awesome game-makers and their hefty demands for bigger and better computing resources! I just bought Medieval 2 Total War and discovered that my DVD drive and/or hard drive (and probably video card) aren't up to the task, so am also contemplating a PC upgrade in the near future, just to play the game! Thing is, Vista is just around the corner, so do I wait for that to come pre-installed on a new computer that has a DirectX 10-compatible video card, or do I kludge a few minor upgrades onto my current state-of-the-art-for-2003 computer?

Try not to gush? Bah! You're having a fully fledged fan-gasm! Well consider any upgrades very carefully, it'll have to last you and there's that wedding thing in December.
